Email infrastructure is the technical foundation used to send and receive email: your mailboxes, domains, DNS records and connection to your sending tool.
The main parts
- Domain: the part after @ in an email address.
- Mailbox: the account that sends mail and receives replies.
- Authentication: SPF, DKIM and DMARC help receiving systems check who sent a message.
- Sending tool: your sequencer manages campaigns, schedules and replies.
sending.ac provides the mailbox and managed domain setup. You still use a sequencer for campaigns and supply your own relevant, verified leads and content.
Your setup in practice
Connect or buy a domain through the dashboard, connect your sequencer account, and wait for setup and warm-up to finish. On supported sequencers, the mailbox connection and warm-up settings are applied for you.
Do not change managed DNS or nameservers after setup without coordinating with support. For sending.ac mailboxes, follow the settings in your dashboard rather than generic recommendations written for another provider.
