"Spam trigger words" is a common label for language that can make a message look promotional, misleading or unwanted. There is no universal banned-word list that guarantees inbox placement.
π Improve the whole message
Avoid invented urgency, exaggerated promises, deceptive subjects and excessive promotional formatting. Keep the sender identity clear, the offer relevant and the next step easy to understand.
Do not make a truthful sentence awkward just to remove a particular word. Automated copy checks can flag things to review, but they do not prove an email will reach the inbox.
Authentication, reputation, recipient fit, complaints and sending behaviour also matter. Changing a few words cannot compensate for an unwanted campaign or an unverified list.
For the first cold email, we recommend plain text without images, attachments or links, including signature links. Turn off open and click tracking and preview personalised fields before launch. If placement is poor, review those elements and your setup before blaming a single word. Change one thing at a time and compare the results.
