Deliverability describes whether your email reaches the recipient's inbox. A message can be accepted by the receiving server and still land in spam or another folder.
What affects it
- Correct email authentication and domain setup.
- The reputation and sending history of your domain and mailbox.
- Valid, relevant recipients and low levels of unwanted mail.
- Your message, sending volume and recipient responses.
✅ What you can do
Verify lists, respect opt-outs, keep your copy clear and relevant, and follow your configured limits. Warm up new sending.ac mailboxes for at least 3 weeks before starting campaigns. Do not increase volume suddenly or replace the settings applied during onboarding.
If placement or sending performance drops, pause the affected campaign and contact support with the domain, mailbox, date and exact error or test result. Avoid making several changes at once; it makes the cause harder to identify.
Infrastructure and authentication help, but neither guarantees inbox placement.
Warm-up and campaigns measure different things
A healthy warm-up score does not prove that your campaign reaches the inbox. Your actual message, links, tracking, audience and sending pattern also matter. If performance drops, compare results by recipient provider and share the exact campaign email with support. Ask about a placement test using that email rather than relying on warm-up or open rate alone.
