Domain forwarding redirects someone who visits one domain in a web browser to another website. For example, a visitor to your outreach domain can be sent to your main company site.
This is a website redirect, not email forwarding. It does not send incoming mail to another inbox and is not the same as a tracked campaign link.
Using it with sending.ac
Choose the real website you want visitors to reach and use the domain redirect option in your dashboard where available. If you need help setting it, contact support with the source domain and destination URL.
Do not change nameservers or replace the email records to set up a redirect. If the domain already runs a live website or another service, coordinate with support before changing its DNS setup.
A redirect helps visitors understand your business, but it does not guarantee email delivery or a particular reply rate.
