AIDA stands for Attention, Interest, Desire, Action.
- Attention: open with something truthful and relevant to the reader.
- Interest: connect it to a need or opportunity they recognise.
- Desire: explain a credible benefit, using substantiated evidence where available.
- Action: ask for one simple next step.
Keep the email concise. You do not need a separate paragraph for each part, and you should not invent a problem or result to fit the structure.
Use AIDA as a way to organise a clear message, then test it with the right audience. It does not guarantee campaign performance.
