A permission-based message offers something relevant and asks whether the recipient wants it before moving to a larger sales conversation.
A simple structure
- Explain a truthful, relevant reason for contacting them.
- Describe a useful resource or example you can actually provide.
- Ask one easy question, such as "Would you like me to send it?"
Do not claim you prepared a personalised audit if you have not done the work. A brochure or unrelated promotion is not automatically a useful resource.
When someone accepts, send what you promised. When they decline or opt out, stop the outreach.
The name describes the wording of the message. It does not replace any consent or legal requirements that apply before sending the first email.
