A value proposition explains why your offer is useful to a particular customer. Start with their need rather than a list of your features.
Include three ideas
- Who it is for: a clear type of customer or team.
- The outcome: the problem you help solve or improvement you support.
- Why it is credible: a truthful explanation or evidence you can substantiate.
Use plain language. A simple structure is: "We help [audience] with [problem or outcome] through [approach]."
Make numerical claims, case studies and guarantees only when you can support them and explain their conditions. Do not invent a result to make an email sound stronger.
Check that the value proposition leads naturally to one easy question. If the recipient cannot quickly understand what changes for them, simplify the message.
