A mailbox slot is subscription capacity you can assign to an email account. It is not tied permanently to one email address or domain.
Assigned and available slots
- An assigned slot is being used by a mailbox.
- An available slot is paid-for capacity you have not assigned yet.
Your plan determines the total capacity. Check the capacity included in your current subscription in the dashboard.
Reassigning capacity
When a mailbox is removed, its slot can be used for another mailbox. A new mailbox still needs setup and warm-up. Replacing an email address does not transfer its old mailbox history or warm-up progress.
Before deleting mailboxes, review messages, active campaigns and anything you need to retain. Removing mailboxes does not itself cancel the subscription or reduce its billed capacity.
Subscription conditions
An existing subscription rate stays in place while the subscription remains active and paid. Additional capacity and a later resubscription can be priced differently. Check your order and contact support before changes involving billing or another account.
