Check the current order
Review the plan, mailbox capacity, billing period and any domain purchase or renewal charges before paying. Historical per-mailbox prices and old minimum packages may not apply to a new subscription.
Your existing subscription rate
Your subscribed rate remains in place while the subscription stays active and paid. If it lapses and you later resubscribe, the current rate applies. Additional capacity may use the pricing available when you add it.
Reassigning mailbox slots is different from cancelling or changing the subscription. Deleting mailboxes does not automatically stop billing.
Keep payment details current. Contact support before a plan change, cancellation or payment issue, and ask for confirmation of any account-specific option rather than assuming an exception or discount is available.
