Allow new sending.ac mailboxes to warm up for at least 3 weeks before campaigns. Do not start test outreach during the preparation period or raise the warm-up settings to try to finish sooner.
During preparation
- Complete domain and sequencer setup.
- Check that mailbox upload and warm-up are enabled as expected.
- Leave the assigned settings in place. Use one warm-up setup per mailbox; do not add a second tool or workspace to accelerate it.
- Prepare a relevant, verified list and review your campaign copy.
When you are ready to send
Start with the recommended setting of 2 campaign emails per mailbox per day. Warm-up and outreach share the configured 12-email combined daily limit. Do not apply a sequencer's generic 30- or 50-email defaults to these mailboxes.
The dashboard may show a countdown or readiness date. If it conflicts with the three-week guidance, or shows a warning, ask support to confirm before launching.
There is no universal daily ramp table that fits every account. The configuration and mailbox health both matter; completing a countdown does not guarantee inbox placement.
