sending.ac provides mailboxes; your sequencer manages campaigns and replies.
Supported connections
We support Instantly, Smartlead, Plusvibe and EmailBison through the connection flow in the sending.ac dashboard. Connect the correct account and workspace before adding the sequencer to your inbox group.
Check that your sequencer subscription has the API access and mailbox capacity required for the integration. Each platform's generic campaign defaults must be adjusted to your sending.ac settings.
Other sequencers
Some other tools can connect through IMAP/SMTP. This route works, but you manage warm-up yourself and our warm-up monitoring and troubleshooting are limited. Confirm compatibility with support before relying on it.
If a platform needs a different Microsoft connection, contact support or ask its vendor to review compatibility. Do not assume every tool with a Microsoft logo supports the same integration.
After connecting
Keep the applied warm-up settings and allow at least 3 weeks before campaigns. Follow the daily settings shown for your mailbox group. If an inbox disconnects, report the platform, workspace and error rather than changing managed DNS or mailbox security settings.
