A domain can have its own mailbox and authentication configuration. Keeping setups organised helps you manage different senders, clients and campaigns without mixing their details.
What you need to manage
Use the correct domain and inbox group when connecting a sequencer or choosing campaign senders. Keep workspace and account access appropriate for the people handling those campaigns.
If one domain has a problem, pause and review the affected setup rather than changing every domain at once. Separate configurations do not remove the need for verified lists, responsible volume and good campaign content.
We handle the managed mailbox and DNS configuration. Contact support before changing nameservers, moving a connected domain to another provider or making an account-specific setup change.
