sending.ac provides Microsoft 365 mailboxes that you connect to your sending tools. You do not need to manage the underlying Microsoft environment yourself.
How you use them
For supported sequencers, connect your account through the sending.ac dashboard and add it to your inbox group. Microsoft sign-in is used for the supported connection process.
Other sequencers may use IMAP/SMTP after compatibility is confirmed. On that route, you manage warm-up yourself and our monitoring is limited.
Your responsibilities
Use your assigned sending settings, keep credentials private and prepare new mailboxes for at least 3 weeks before campaigns. Your sequencer still manages campaign content, schedules and replies.
Microsoft hosting is not a guarantee of inbox placement. Authentication, recipient fit, message quality and responsible sending remain important.
