Planning Mailbox Capacity

The number of mailboxes you need depends on your campaign volume and the configuration offered for your domains.

The recommended sending.ac setup is 50 mailboxes per domain and 2 outreach emails per mailbox per day after preparation. Use the options shown in your dashboard; do not raise mailbox density or sending volume based on a generic guide for another provider.

For an initial estimate, divide the desired daily outreach volume by the per-mailbox outreach setting. Allow spare capacity and confirm that your sequencer subscription can hold the required accounts.

Use domains you control and represent your business truthfully. Buy available domains through the dashboard or follow the bring-your-own-domain process. Purchase and renewal costs vary by extension and are shown before payment.

Higher mailbox counts are not a shortcut around daily limits, warm-up or list quality. Contact support before changing an existing setup or committing to a volume that needs a different configuration.
