Connect EmailBison through Sequencer accounts in your sending.ac dashboard, then add the connection to your inbox group.
Prepare your connection
- Select the intended workspace in your EmailBison instance.
- Open Settings -> Developer API and create an api-user token for this integration.
- Have the public URL of your EmailBison instance ready, such as
https://your-bison.example.
Connect in sending.ac
- Choose EmailBison under Sequencer accounts.
- Enter the requested login and API-key details in the dashboard.
- Choose Validate & connect and select the correct workspace where requested.
- On your inbox group, choose Add sequencer and save.
EmailBison also needs your instance URL in the sending.ac connection form. Use the address you normally open to access EmailBison, and confirm the selected workspace. Contact support before changing workspaces on an existing mailbox connection.
Uploads can take up to 24 hours. Check the uploaded count and status rather than connecting the same mailboxes repeatedly.
Warm-up and limits
Allow at least 3 weeks of warm-up before campaigns and keep the settings applied to your account. Generic sending limits from another platform do not replace your sending.ac configuration.
Keep passwords and API keys private. If validation fails, check the key, login, account capacity and workspace, then report the exact error to support. For two-step-login issues, ask support about the supported connection flow; do not disable security simply to try to bypass an error.
