This guide is for sequencer vendors whose customers want to connect sending.ac Microsoft 365 mailboxes.
Connection options
If your tool supports IMAP/SMTP accounts, support can review that route with the customer. The customer manages warm-up on an unsupported sequencer and our monitoring is limited.
For a Microsoft sign-in integration, your tool needs a supported Microsoft OAuth flow, appropriate mailbox permissions and a way to confirm whether the connection succeeded. Share your current API and connection documentation with our support team so compatibility can be reviewed.
Before committing to an integration
- Confirm which customer account and workspace will hold the mailboxes.
- Review Microsoft consent and permission requirements.
- Keep credentials and tokens out of public documents, screenshots and support messages.
- Test the agreed connection with a small setup before scaling.
Compatibility and any extra setup must be confirmed for the particular tool. This overview does not promise a custom integration or require customers to disable account security.
