Connect Plusvibe through Sequencer accounts in your sending.ac dashboard, then add the connection to your inbox group.
Prepare your connection
- Open Plusvibe API access and obtain an API key for your account.
- Check that your Plusvibe plan includes API access and has space for the mailboxes you will connect.
- Choose the intended workspace during connection validation.
Connect in sending.ac
- Choose Plusvibe under Sequencer accounts.
- Enter the requested login and API-key details in the dashboard.
- Choose Validate & connect and select the correct workspace where requested.
- On your inbox group, choose Add sequencer and save.
If you see an account-capacity error, free the required mailbox slots or review your Plusvibe plan. If a workspace is inaccessible, check access and select it again.
Uploads can take up to 24 hours. Check the uploaded count and status rather than connecting the same mailboxes repeatedly.
Warm-up and limits
Allow at least 3 weeks of warm-up before campaigns and keep the settings applied to your account. Generic sending limits from another platform do not replace your sending.ac configuration.
Keep passwords and API keys private. If validation fails, check the key, login, account capacity and workspace, then report the exact error to support. For two-step-login issues, ask support about the supported connection flow; do not disable security simply to try to bypass an error.
